Meeting 1149 steps beyond your typical Toastmasters bonanza. It is a time of reunion, laughter and a reminder of how much we love Toastmasters.
After nothing short of a two-month break from our Wednesday evening entertainment, all committee members, local toasties and guests gathered around for an educational episode of public speaking.
The night was hosted by Amber Duncan, a buzzing Toastmasters providing insights into the forecast of this year's innovations. The experienced toastie titled the meeting, Prognosis - an estimation of social-cultural influences, trends and styles for 2022 to kickstart everybody's entrepreneurial brains. Other highlights of the meeting included speeches from Anthea and Brett with an array of mini-talks in Table Topics.
